Consumer Credit Rights & CROA Disclosures
1. Right to Dispute Errors Directly: Under Section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681i), consumers have the absolute legal right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information directly with consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) at no cost.
2. Three-Day Right to Cancel: Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679), consumers may cancel their client service agreement with Clean My Credit Pro without penalty or obligation at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date on which the agreement was signed.
3. No Guarantees Permitted: Federal law strictly forbids any credit repair organization from guaranteeing specific credit score increases or promising the deletion of accurate, timely, and verifiable negative reporting items.
